Project Summary

Project Solution

Undabot was selected after an invitation tendering process and was chosen for its experience in B2B and B2C self-care mobile apps and for the strength of its proposed team and commercial offer. The vendor delivered native mobile customer applications for iOS and Android, implemented middleware infrastructure and integrated those channels with the client's legacy systems. Undabot also provided solution design, UI/UX design and software architecture consultancy, and staffed the project with a business analyst, native iOS and Android developers, backend developers, a UX/UI designer, a technical lead and a project manager.

  • Provided a variety of customer-facing features, including policy overviews, health insurance card review, promotional messages, and policy expiration notifications.
  • Enabled customers to contract supplementary and travel health insurance and book medical examinations.
