Project Solution

Surf developed a web and cross-platform mobile application (using Flutter) that allows restaurant managers and area managers to monitor operational indicators remotely and adjust performance in real time. The mobile app includes a dashboard with online performance metrics, daily shift checklists, team ratings and KPIs, and a branded, user-friendly interface. The vendor allocated a multi-role team to the project and supported a Bring Your Own Device approach so staff could use personal phones.
