Sun Dew built an in-house CRM environment to consolidate multiple agency management systems, providing scorecards, piping of operational data, reporting and a dashboard to track resource utilization and KPIs. They performed a gap analysis, defined milestones and audit points, produced project documentation, assigned resources, and developed intranet help files. In addition to application development, they delivered corporate identity work including a new logo, website design, and marketing brochures. The implementation used PHP-based technologies with a MySQL database and HTML for intranet documentation.
