The website is not yet on a live server open to the public, but I have received excellent feedback from beta-testers. How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? The use of a project manager made all of the different. Having a single point of contact who knew everything that was going on made everything go smoothly. What did you find most impressive about this company? Historically, I have used different companies for different services (e.g., design vs programming). RV possessed both of these talents and that made out project much easier to manage (no finger pointing). Are there any areas for improvement? Overall, we were very impressed with RV and will continue to use them.
