Project Summary

Ralabs rebuilt the client's website, management panel and cloud WYSIWYG editor and rearchitected the AWS infrastructure to handle irregular traffic at scale. Using Next.js, React and Node.js with Kubernetes and AWS, they executed a UX discovery (personas and analytics) and migrated assets to S3. The work improved site speed and performance, increased user retention, lowered bounce rates and reduced AWS costs and editorial workload.
