Project Solution

MAK IT built the product in three phases: an initial prototype (web admin panel, API, Android/iOS mobile apps), a redesign with a complete rewrite of mobile and admin interfaces, and ongoing feature development and maintenance. They delivered iOS and Android apps via React Native, a full-stack web admin panel and API using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, and integrated third-party devices (fingerprint and NFC readers). The team operated with SCRUM practices and a variable team of 2–7 people across phases.
