Project Summary

MAK IT developed a GAIS internal business process system and new UI/UX for JSC GASO, a gas distribution operator, delivering a full-service solution including business analysis, prototyping, server design and system development. The system was developed from scratch and launched in under nine months, uses two-week Agile iterations, and integrates with three internal systems. Since launch the platform has processed over 7,000 applications and significantly optimized application processing.

Project Solution

MAK IT conducted business analysis with key stakeholders, produced UI/UX prototypes, and developed the GAIS system from scratch using Agile methodology with two-week iterations. They delivered the initial system in under nine months, implemented integrations with three internal systems, and provided ongoing staged development. Technologies used included React JS, Ruby, Blitz.js, PostgreSQL, Redis and supporting tooling such as GitHub, CircleCI and Sentry.
