Project Solution

iRonin.IT was hired as an extension of the client's engineering team to develop the "Fully installed" web application. The engagement began with two developers (a senior full-stack and a junior) and expanded to five developers working closely with the client's Project Manager and UI/UX designer. The team implemented the application using TypeScript, Node.js (Express), React, Docker, PostgreSQL and GitLab (GitLab CI) and integrated Auth0 for authentication. Work was organized with Kanban and two-week sprints, with communication via Slack and Google Meet.
