Project Summary

INTechHouse developed seven distinct UAVO platforms for a military aviation client, delivering hardware and software including Linux-based systems, C++ and Python applications, device firmware in C, and a Qt/QML application. The work included patrol, research, exploratory, and photogrammetric platforms adapted to user needs. The client praised INTechHouse's professionalism, expertise, timeliness and noted improved environmental protection outcomes in Poland.

Key Challenges

  • Create seven different types of UAVO platforms

Project Deliverables

  • Patrol platform with electrooptical heads (light and infrared sensors)
  • Research platforms with trays and specialized sensors for air and chemical analysis, sampling systems, and NDVI camera
  • Unified Exploratory Platform (Repeater and Mini-Observer with lightweight camera)
  • Photogrammetric Platform with proprietary imaging navigation system
  • Software and firmware: Linux-based applications in C++ and Python, device firmware in C, and a Qt/QML application

Project Solution

Referral; Other. Close to the client's geographic location; Great culture fit; Company values aligned. Team size: 20. The main goal was to create seven UAVO platforms: Patrol Platform equipped with electrooptical heads (light and infrared sensors); multiple Research Platforms equipped with trays for air pollution analysis, specialized sensors for onsite chemical contamination evaluation, sampling systems for chemical analysis, and an NDVI camera to assess vegetation; Unified Exploratory Platform consisting of a Repeater and Mini-Observer with a lightweight camera; and a Photogrammetric Platform with a proprietary imaging navigation system. The solution used Linux with C++ and Python, device firmware in C, and an application developed in the Qt environment in C++ together with QML. All systems were developed and adapted to the user's needs.

Project Outcome

  • Better environmental protection and green services around Poland
  • Designing seven platforms based on 6-layer PCBs
  • Modern IoT product work without any delays
