Ideil relaunched TSN.ua's Android and iOS apps to create a fast, intuitive, and innovative mobile experience aimed at increasing VOD views, stream views, page views and revenues. The work produced draft and final designs, prototypes and fully functional apps, and the product became the first Ukrainian news app with live streaming, podcasts and proprietary photo technology. Communication was generally effective, though deadline compliance was noted as an area for improvement.

Project Solution

Ideil relaunched the client's Android and iOS apps beginning December 2018. They produced draft and final designs by March, created Android and iOS prototypes by July, and developed a fully functional Android app by September. The team synchronized release schedules and ultimately released Android in March 2020 and iOS in July 2020. The internal team included a project manager, designer, Android developer and iOS developer.
