Project Summary

An NFT marketplace (4K) hired D3V Technology Solutions to assess and migrate containerized applications from Google Compute Engine VMs to Google Kubernetes Engine. D3V designed and executed an assess-plan-migrate-optimize migration, implemented GKE manifests and clusters, set up CI/CD with GitOps, and integrated monitoring and logging. As a result, the client increased developer velocity, reduced operational complexity, and improved scalability for new feature releases.
