Project Solution

D3V created Figma UX/UI mockups, built the Keyprog frontend admin UI from those mockups, and developed backend APIs to support the application. The vendor containerized frontend and backend applications, wrote Terraform scripts to provision GCP resources (cloud SQL, container registry), implemented CI/CD pipelines, and migrated the client's on-prem database schema to Google Cloud. Projects were managed by certified scrummasters and the engagement included staff augmentation by a small team (2-5).
