Project Solution

Ackee built a dispatcher platform to track vehicles and facilitate communication with drivers, and developed an Android app called e-Driver for drivers to report hours, manage routes, communicate with dispatchers, and report defects. The solution included integration with the client's SAP system to synchronize data, and UX research that involved spending time in trucks to understand drivers' workflows. The team delivered the first test-ready outcomes after six months and is working on a customer-facing platform as the next stage.
