Deliverables included documentation, designing and developing the medical billing application, AWS migration and hosting, integrations with Change Healthcare and Availity, training materials for the billing team, and ongoing maintenance and enhancements. A 10-member team (PM, BA, developers, designers, QA) executed the project and provided weekly updates.
