Project Solution

Valor was engaged after open-source community interactions and began as staff augmentation. The engagement evolved from re-writing a seven-year-old compensation analysis platform to encompassing the entire Talent Discovery offering. Valor scaled the team from 1 to a peak of 7 developers and 5 QA engineers, delivered API development, performed a migration from .NET to Node.js, conducted a performance benchmark, provided design support, and delivered QA trainings and test coverage while embedding with the internal team.
