Project Solution

u2i developed a full human resources information system that automates onboarding and connects users to payroll and benefits administration. The team implemented the web application using Ruby on Rails with the Bootstrap framework and hosted the database and cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). They delivered multiple feature sets, planned a 4–5 item roadmap of major upgrades, and have the product live in version 2.0. The client engaged three developers and a scrum master from u2i and scaled resources as needed.
