STX Next provided development outsourcing to GS1 Polska, a business standards firm, building a small website and subsequent product which run on AWS. The first project went live in January 2020 and STX Next continues to provide support while a second project is nearing completion. The vendor worked in agile Scrum with regular demos and revised sprint cadences to accommodate changing requirements, and the client has invested approximately $250,000 to date. Project Solution

They developed and deployed the first product (a website) to AWS in January 2020 and proposed AWS hosting for the second product as well. The vendor worked with a product owner and the same team across both projects, followed agile Scrum practices with regular sprints and demos, and continues to provide support and maintenance.
