They were responsive to requests and the quality was better than expected. We WILL hire them in the future. Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines. Soft spoken, cordial and organized. They know the steps to roll out development solutions. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? Their people and responsiveness. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? Only challenge is the time zone differences. I was generally tired whenever we had to discuss issue and revision. But they we accommodating enough to minimize that as an affecting issue.
