The dashboard includes functionality to upload content, set pricing, create discount codes, bundle content, add users, and channels to define which users see which content. The engagement started with multiple (not full-time) roles but was reorganized to work directly with a single developer; RubyGarage also provides ongoing maintenance, currently one developer one day per week.
