Project Summary

Pyramidion Solutions designed and developed a hybrid mobile app for an IT management organization (ISACA Silicon Valley Chapter) to enable members to register for events, manage profiles and download CPE certificates. The app used Flutter with a Node.js backend and was hosted on AWS. Project Solution

After evaluating proposals and interviewing teams, the client selected Pyramidion based on experience, expertise and cost. Pyramidion planned and developed a hybrid app using Flutter with a Node.js backend and Angular components; the backend and app were hosted on AWS. The mobile app was delivered to Android and iOS stores and included event management, profile management, CPE certificate management and push notifications; a PM and three developers executed the work.

Project Outcome

  • Ninety percent of members downloaded the app and reported satisfaction in a follow-up survey.
  • The app improved the overall member experience and the client praised Pyramidion's communication and flexibility.
