An HR consulting company engaged Pwrteams (formerly Skelia) to build a flexible, expandable platform including backoffice, reporting, web applications and a mobile app. Pwrteams delivered a staged implementation on Azure with a .NET C# backend, Azure SQL storage, React frontends and a Xamarin mobile app, followed by a maintenance phase. The platform was configurable and allowed the client to add a B2C offering quickly while meeting customer requests without further development.

Project Solution

Pwrteams executed a staged development on Azure using an Azure SQL database, .NET C# backend and React frontends. The first stage delivered a backoffice web app with API and frontend, the second stage built a mobile app using Xamarin plus its API, and the third stage deployed a web app leveraging the same APIs with a React frontend. The engagement included maintenance phases and later development of an additional React web application; project management involved regular stand-ups and bi-weekly planning to align resources.
