Project Summary

Out Origin designed and developed a WordPress website for a freelance photographer, creating landing pages and page designs that reflected the client's vision and prioritized usability. The client reported positive feedback on the site's aesthetics and user-friendliness; the vendor collaborated closely, responded quickly, and provided guidance on updating and maintaining the site.

Key Challenges

  • Find a vendor who could understand and implement the client's design vision
  • Make the site user-friendly and provide UX suggestions
  • Explain the work process and provide know-how for future maintenance

Project Deliverables

  • WordPress website built from scratch
  • Landing pages and individual page designs
  • Visual design elements (fonts and colour schemes)
  • Onboarding and guidance on site maintenance

Project Solution

The vendor ran an onboarding session to understand the client's needs, showed examples of possible designs, and then built a WordPress site from scratch. Work included selecting fonts and color schemes, creating landing pages, and designing each page. A team manager coordinated the engagement and assigned a designer (UI) and a developer (technical implementation).

Project Outcome

  • Positive feedback from Instagram followers on usability and aesthetics
  • Fast, collaborative communication with responses within 15 minutes
  • Client was taught how to update and maintain the WordPress site
