Project Solution

NLT was selected for their relevant portfolio experience and an aligned project estimate. After kickoff, stakeholders and processes were defined with product ownership on the client (Efisco) side and delivery/tech management on NLT's side. The engagement delivered an MVP followed by development of full functionality so end users could fully operate the platform. Technologies used included a Laravel backend, React frontend, MySQL database, and deployment on AWS. A five-person vendor team (team lead/back-end, two middle back-end developers, one QA, one DevOps) executed the work.
