NewCombin led a redesign and added new functionality to the client’s e-commerce platform by following five phases: Discovery, Define, Design, Development and Deploy. They staffed the effort with a project manager, a designer, two developers and a QA analyst. Key outputs included a functional description document, UX/UI wireframes and an interactive prototype, iterative feature deliveries (bi-weekly) and a deployed web e-commerce platform hosted on AWS.
