Project Solution

Naissus built a Bluetooth-based proof-of-concept for wireless text transmission and then implemented core STTR features such as macros, multi-captioning (supporting up to nine simultaneous users), and PIN protection for session privacy. They developed the Windows-exclusive Blåtolk application using the .NET framework with Winforms for the UI, and built receiver applications for iOS and Android to receive transmitted text. The team used GitLab for DevOps and repository management and communicated primarily via Skype and email.
