Project Solution

MindK ran a discovery phase and built the system in several phases: a CRM module for capturing leads and managing communications; an OMS module for students, classes, payments, invoices, attendance and reporting; and a submodule to schedule and manage online classes via Zoom. The team delivered the solution using PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js, worked in two-week sprints, performed final testing, and provided post-launch support. Development and collaboration used GitLab for code and Jira for sprint/task tracking.
