MasterBorn developed a PDF reporting engine that aggregated data from multiple sources, rendered charts and HTML using React components, converted the rendered HTML to PDFs (via Puppeteer), and served them to customers. The service was implemented using a Serverless architecture with SQS and S3 for queuing and storage. The vendor provided a small dedicated team—three developers and a scrum master—and delivered a detailed technical spec before implementation.
