The vendor produced designs, iterated on them via Skype, and continues ongoing development; communication has been responsive and available 24/7 despite a 12-hour time difference.

Key Challenges

  • Build a platform to connect users with professionals for Q&A.
  • Support payment integration for upgraded services.
  • Make the platform suitable for colleges, universities and the general population.

Project Solution

ManekTech has been using PHP to build the client's web-based platform from scratch. They translated the client's ideas into designs through Skype discussions, iterated on those designs, and implemented subsequent improvements. The client worked directly with a business manager, a project manager and programmers throughout the engagement.

  • Platform meets expectations to date though it has not yet launched.
