itCraft ran three online discovery sessions, documented user stories and system architecture, and delivered UX/UI wireframes, visual design, a clickable prototype and branding assets. Over six weeks the team refined requirements and then developed native Android and iOS applications plus a web-based panel for therapists/coaches, managing sprints, demos and project management throughout the build.
