Ignitho worked on the client's open-source technology stack using PHP, MySQL and Semplice Linux, building web platforms and producing visuals for new websites. They provided teams of frontend and backend developers along with project managers and business analysts, running 3–6 concurrent projects with roughly 10–15 staff. The engagement used offshore development resources (developers in southern India) who worked extended hours and weekends when needed; Ignitho also supplied project governance, an assigned architect, and business-analysis support to integrate with the client's processes.
