IGNEK upgraded the client's existing Enterprise Meeting Portal from Liferay 6.2 to Liferay 7.4 and developed a new web portal and mobile app. The team implemented features to manage subjects, meetings, tasks, appointments and video conferences, and integrated email (SMTP-Gmail), SMS and WhatsApp (Twilio), Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Google and Outlook calendars, and DocuSign for digital signatures. The solution used Liferay 7.4, React.JS, ReactNative, Elastic Search, Twilio and MySQL and was delivered using an Agile, milestone-and-sprint approach.
