The vendor delivered architecture and design artifacts, implemented mobile support for Android and iOS and a responsive web interface for major browsers, and managed the engagement using a 10-person team with project management via Basecamp and JIRA and meetings via GoToMeeting. The work remains ongoing and will include post-launch maintenance and support.
