ElifTech responded to an RFP and was selected for their team, capabilities and pricing. They designed and developed the TriageTrak system using React.js, Redux, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, delivering a system admin portal, multiple user interfaces for client admins, doctors and call center staff, and an API. The engagement included a QA engineer, 2–3 software engineers at different points, and a project manager; work was organized in sprints with Jira, Slack, email and weekly video meetings.
