Project Summary

Django Stars built a booking and listing management platform including a B2C website and mobile apps for Diviac, a scuba-focused travel startup. The platform included an internal reservation system, supplier extranet and a marketing portal. The solution reached more than 75K users and later became part of PADI Travel following acquisition. Django Stars developed a full ecosystem including a consumer-facing B2C website and native mobile apps, an internal reservation management system for agents, a supplier self-service extranet, and a marketing/affiliate portal. The team implemented the solution using Python/Django, Angular, React, React Native and Next.js. A core vendor team of seven (2 frontend, 2 backend, 2 QA, 1 Scrum Master) worked with the client across multiple phases to deliver the booking and listing management platform.
