Project Solution

DEVtrust provided software development services across two client projects, using Node.js, React, and the AWS API. The work was organized into portions of an MVP: the client prototyped and architected the system and created Jira stories, then assigned DEVtrust specific pieces. DEVtrust built the UI layer, implemented and worked on APIs, performed testing, and made configuration changes to the AWS API. The engagement was staffed by three people: two full-stack developers and a director who managed the team and contributed to UI work. Communication and project management were handled via Slack and Jira.
