Project Solution

Effective communication with Devlights' CEO allowed the vendor to understand the client's needs and meet objectives. Devlights delivered three applications for Ecuador's health sector by conducting meetings to analyze needs and objectives, creating layouts and documentation for the final products, obtaining client approval, and then developing the applications. The technical stack included Ionic for cross-platform UI, .NET Core as the API layer, MongoDB as the database, and an Angular front end. The vendor team of four (a project leader, two developers, and an executive) managed development and client communications.
