Project Solution

Selected via an RFP process, the vendor created a treasury platform that forecasts cashflows by period and predicts P&L. They automated (robotized) banking accounts across six different banks, mapped all transactions to the PeopleSoft ERP to reconcile banking balances vs. accounts payable, and provided visibility into cash balances to enable better investment or income opportunities. The solution used Qlik Sense for analytics, Python, and RapidMiner.
