Project Solution

CSHARK led a product discovery workshop, created lo‑fi UX mockups, and built user stories and a development backlog. They delivered ongoing operational development using .NET Core and hosted the solution in Microsoft Azure across a small three‑server micro‑Kubernetes cluster. Work is organized in two‑week Scrum sprints and managed by a Project Manager coordinating communication and pacing.
