Project Solution

Developed the MVP platform and connection service from scratch, building a web application hosted on AWS. Implemented user roles for freelancers, companies and admins, and delivered features including profile creation, contract creation, an admin dashboard, one-way interview flow, notifications, 360-style feedback, timesheets and a digital wallet. The vendor supplied frontend, backend, DevOps and UI/UX resources and continues to provide add-on work.
