Project Solution

SMT Solutions developed and continues to maintain a web portal composed of a youth-facing React web UI and an admin React web UI, both compatible with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, and Safari. They built back-end services in Node.js designed to run in Docker and hosted on Heroku, delivered source code and documentation to the client's chosen repository, and completed three rounds of updates after the initial delivery. Feature work included account creation and management, full event creation and management workflows (preview, publish, delete, timeline, images), participant management, donation and registration flows, Calendly integration for scheduling, a bank of resources, To-Dos and templates, and admin capabilities to review surveys and manage event life cycles. SMT also provided ongoing maintenance and communication via weekly virtual calls and Slack.
