The client provided concepts, mockups and technical requirements (including support for modern browsers and mobile), which Andersen turned into final mockups and handed off to frontend developers. Most work was frontend development using React and JavaScript; design work was done in Figma and the teams collaborated through that tool. The vendor supplied designers, project managers, UI/UX developers, and later a business analyst and tester to support feature implementation.
