Project Solution

Addepto integrated the TripGrade system, developed APIs to connect internal systems, and implemented automated Aviation Service Request (ASR) document generation with a chatbot UI for operators. The team built the backend on AWS, used OpenAI models (GPT-3.5 Turbo and GPT-4) with prompt engineering and a proprietary ContentCheck tool for prompt testing, and integrated services via FastAPI with SQL databases for data storage. They delivered documentation and user guides and staffed the engagement with a small team (2–5 employees).
