10Pearls handled the entire development lifecycle, building the recruiting platform from the ground up. They designed the UX/UI and the system architecture, and managed full-stack development using a serverless approach. The implementation leveraged AWS Lambda with Node.js on the backend, AngularJS and TypeScript on the frontend, and components such as Elasticsearch, Redis/ElastiCache, PostgreSQL and Amazon Cognito for search, caching, persistence and authentication. The engagement included a blended onshore/offshore team structure with US-based PM/UX involvement and development resources in Pakistan.
