Project Summary

Yudiz Solutions produced 3D animated content for a digital production studio's educational website, using Unity to coordinate assets and animators supplied by Yudiz. They completed multiple units on time and were responsive despite a Poland–India time-zone difference; the engagement began in March 2018 and is currently paused but likely to resume.

Key Challenges

  • Client lacked in-house 3D animation and modeling personnel
  • Need to produce a large volume of 3D stylized animations for an educational website

Project Deliverables

  • 120 3D animated videos for an educational website (created using Unity)
  • Assembled 3D environments and coordinated 3D assets
  • Delivery of four completed educational units (approved by the client)

Project Solution

Yudiz Solutions assembled 3D environments and coordinated 3D assets to match supplied storyboards and scripts. They used Unity to organize assets and delivered animated films for the educational website, supplying animators to execute the productions. The vendor worked to match the storyboards closely rather than provide original creative direction.

Project Outcome

  • Completed four of the 35 units and delivered those units on time
  • Each delivered unit was approved by the client after minor tweaks
  • Engagement is currently paused but likely to resume
