Project Solution

YND took over and redeveloped the client’s existing mobile app for iOS and Android, improving and rebuilding the multiplatform codebase. They also developed and implemented a modern CRM tool. A 6–10 person team including a project manager, the CTO, and developers worked on the engagement, using tools such as Confluence and Jira for project communication.

Project Outcome

The client was delighted with the work and reported that YND understood both the coding perspective and the business model.
Communication was regular with weekly calls and biannual CTO meetings; project tools included Confluence and Jira.
