Project Solution

YND delivered a full digital lending platform for SME financing, starting from exploration and design through architecture and tech-stack definition, selection of third-party providers, and implementation. They produced UX/UI designs, built a loan application web app and loan management dashboard, developed a data analytics platform and scoring engine, set up an AWS account and CI/CD across production, development and staging, and integrated platform partners including PSD2, AML screening, and identity verification providers.

Project Outcome

During live phase we were able to sign-up and convert more than 2k of loan applications within a few months.
During development and testing phases the team ran bi-weekly demos and end-to-end user tests to ensure production readiness.
Project management was hands-on and closely aligned with the client's business, delivering most items on time and adapting to changing needs.
