Project Solution

Wippo IT converted four client mockups into native iOS and Android applications and built a Linux-based backend. They implemented location- and topic-based notifications so users receive alerts about local problems (water contamination, fires, public-service interruptions) and cancellations (planes, ferries, events). The vendor managed ideation, development, launch, and ongoing maintenance, communicating primarily via Skype, email, and cloud document sharing, and assigned a five-person team with a project manager as the primary contact.
