WillDom completed two development projects for a sustainability firm: a citizen-facing iOS/Android app to report street repairs and a web-based legal procedure management system for public procurement. The web system included a Java backend, PostgreSQL database and a machine-learning module for anomaly detection. The client reported on-time delivery, strong technical skills, effective communication and weekly in-person planning using Redmine and Jira.

Project Solution

WillDom developed two products: a citizen-facing mobile application (iOS and Android) that allowed users to photograph and report road damage to the responsible municipality, and a larger web application for the National Directorate of Public Procurement to manage legal procedures across the procurement process. The web solution was built with Angular.js, HTML and CSS on the frontend, a Java backend and PostgreSQL for data storage, and included a machine-learning module for anomaly detection and data analysis. The product was integrated with the Directorate’s main procurement web software and used for several years.
