Project Solution

Webelight worked from initial wireframes and a Figma file to create a detailed SRS, then ran parallel UI/UX design and admin-panel development while iteratively building modules. A separate operations team set up accounts and infrastructure (AWS, Play Store, App Store, Redis, OTP service). Development, testing, and demos were performed module-by-module; Webelight integrated analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and deployed the app to both stores.
