AI-Powered Wellness & Training Platform

Referral. Pricing fit the client's budget, culture fit and company values aligned. Six to ten VReal Soft team members were assigned. We collaborated with VReal Soft to build an AI-enhanced wellness and training platform for an international client. Their team took full responsibility for product design, cross-platform mobile development, backend architecture, and AI automation for personalized programs and daily engagement. VReal Soft delivered a high-quality, scalable solution that significantly improved user retention and automated most manual operational work for the client. The delivered system included AI features (personalized training plan generation, AI-based behavior insights and recommendations, automated reminders and daily nudges, content clustering and smart categorization), mobile platform features (workout modules with progress tracking, nutrition and habit tracking, video content delivery with playlists, weekly goals and analytics, in-app chat with automated guidance), and an admin and coaching panel (content and program management, user journey tracking, engagement analytics, automated notification flows, role-based access). The implementation used React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, an AWS-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Figma for UX/UI. Team structure on the engagement included 1 PM, 1 UI/UX designer, 2 mobile developers, 1 backend developer, 1 QA, and 1 DevOps (partial involvement).
